    Veg is all prepped and the lamb is in the oven. Time for another beer!

    Can't say I've been all that excited by this series of beers Buxton have done with new, experimental British hops. Nice enough but nothing I'd go back for a 2nd time.

    Beautiful gold color with bountiful white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of ripe pear poached in a spice broth.o

    Taste is both subtle and sophisticated. Various flavor threads of sweet honeyed malt interplay with ripe pear and spicy elements all woven together with a sure hand. Hops are present only enough to offset the sweetness and there is a touch of alcohol in the aftertaste.

    Excellent example of a Belgian Tripel style, highly recommended.

    Have a nice Easter Mike, and yep refill is necessary with some Chardonnay or Sauvignon, whatever tickle your fancy. Cheers!
