    Local beer here - Redemption Rock Hop Rocks West Coast IPA. My first impressions are favorable. Nice bitterness and balance and none of the juicy bullshit going on :slight_smile::sunglasses:

    Finally getting around to adding some places I've been to up on the Iron Range here. After 33 yrs here I can't possibly remember them all. There's a different mentality among the folks up in the range and I've met peeps up there that have never been to the twin cities. Mmmm hmmm. They're still out there. I'll have a beer in honor of those folks that just don't give a shite. Modist Fang & Bone NZ Oak-Aged Pilsner. Back to salt mine....Chin Chin!!

    Mystique Bloom, a NEIPA from German brewery Blech.Brut (7.2%).

    A pretty nice NEIPA despite the Sabro hops, which are heavier on the mint and cedar wood rather than coconut here, thankfully, Apart from that there are the usual citrus and tropical notes to be found.
