So no pics but had a bierstadt helles because why not. Wrapping things up with other half have a juicy day. After delving deep into the style and coming out the other side I can truly say I really do not enjoy the neipa double dry hopped everything style of ipa. It's beyond bitter. It's astringent and bitter and, well, it's a whole thing. I should have gone back for another daisy cutter...

I noticed peculiar has made it here, and somehow bale breaker is on local shelves as well. What a time to be alive and loving beer in colorado.

I feel you but there are a variety of good beers that don't fit the "astringency" and "bitter" bill. But yes I agree its overkill in alot of circumstances. I do drink IPAs, lagers, stouts, BA stouts, porters, amber ales, English bitters... haha! I don't drink fruited sours and milkshake brews though.
