    Good day advocates.

    Well, early this morning I drove my mother to the clinic for a foot surgery. In short: she twisted her ankle a number of times over the years even when she was still working and didn’t take a single day off leading to issues later until today.

    Just got a text and she’s doing fine after a two hours operation although the anesthesia and aftermaths was naturally a pain. That was my good deed for the day.

    Reward is Ch’ti Blonde, a bière de garde.

    Hope your mother has a speedy recovery. The aftereffects of anesthesia can be awful, nice that she has your help

    Many thanks all. Not gonna multi quote each of you for your kind comments but she is now in a different clinic to rest for several weeks where I’ll naturally also visit her, me and friends or other relatives.

    She’s fine so far, painkillers and being taken care of nicely as she told me tonight by the nurses and care assistants. Cheers and thanks again.
