Full review linked above, New Beer Sunday #1005 thoughts linked here. I had high hopes being a rye beer and from Great Lakes, but this is heavy malt and bourbon, minimal rye and nothing else really here to hold interest for me.

Caputo's Pasta is ready, so will drink most of the rest down with this and water and then take a nap and hopefully be ready for my catch-up Russian Imperial Stout beer in the evening or early morning hours.

how does the flat turn out on it's own? i made it once and it was a bit dry (probably an error on my part), so now if i only have a flat i just make pastrami
