Indulging in some of Pittsburgh finest: Dancing Gnome “Mosaic Jam “ IPA! Being from the Philly suburbs and a PSU alum, I’m usually virulently anti-Pittsburgh, but I gotta give that city credit! They make some of the best microbrews like: Dancing Gnome, Lolev, Cinderlands, Brew Gentleman (technically not in Pittsburgh), Grist, etc! Also the best ketchup in the world, too!

 

Took the Mrs. to her mother's today. She did laundry and more boxing up of her late brothers clothes to drop off at Goodwill. I mowed and took his 3 bicycles out of the basement, aired up the tires, and made sure they were in good working order. He was an avid mushroom hunter and had mountain bikes for his transportation. Home now with a Centennial IPA by Founders. Cheers!

 

I buy it in my Half Time orders that ship from NY. FL has shit distribution of great beers....just saying. The FL BA's drinking Alchemist, Tree House, Russian River, Fiddlehead etc .....have traveled or traded....cheers, I do both.

Exploring here. With the current haze craze, and fusion brews, I notice I am asking myself "Well what IS the West Coast style?" It's sorta strange that a Californian hasn't messed with even the popular West Coast variants. So coming out of my Wheat and Citrus cave to understand the style better. Starting with Stone.
