This is an interesting American adjunct lager, heavier in feel than most and a pronounced fruity ester quality to the aroma. The taste leans towards the heavier side of sweetness, not exactly cloying but close. The bitterness seemed to bounce around from balanced to extreme metallic quality from sip to sip. I'm not sure how to figure that one out, but it's what I sensed. In balanced, a respectable beer and something I wouldn't mind revisiting (if only to get a better read on it).
