    All praise the football Gods for letting my Boys beat the hated skins. Double bonus that Carolina won (my B team). Had another Founders All Day IPA as I take a beer break (time for an ever so rare visit to Church) & then meat smoking & beer:slight_smile:

    Watched some football at B-Dubs, enjoyed a Celebration and a Long Trail Limbo on tap. The Limbo really didn't do it for me today, which is weird; strong vegetal, almost parsley feel to it. Moving on, I'm splitting double-duty with NBS:

    New (Bourbon Barrel Aged) Stout Sunday    . A huge thanks to JayORear; this was an unexpected extra in our most recent trade. I'll get even next year. :wink:

    2013 vintage. I have to say: I like BCBS more, but wow, is it close. This is an excellent beer, with basically every flavor you want in a bourbon barrel stout, and it's all extremely well balanced. The bourbon in a fresh bottle does come across just a smidgen harsh, which probably hurts it against BCBS.
