    Picanha is my top favorite (or co-favorite w/Flank) at Brazillian steakhouse for this BA.

    Anyone who enjoys beef, and hasn't had Picanha, needs to remedy that mistake ASAP.

    Up from my afternoon nap…too hot to sit outside, so I’m enjoying this new beer inside - “Together Again” a DIPA from Anchorage Brewing Company:

    Amarillo in the boil. DDH with Strata and Galaxy. Tasty peach and passionfruit HazyLite. Working on tasting notes for NBW.

    I arrived WAY too early to yesterday's race (porta-potties were just being delivered!).

    This starting area was not a bad spot to be at all! Walking around and stretching the legs for about an hour after the long drive. The (Greylock) mountain proper can't be seen behind the thick cloud in the middle of this shot, and thankfully enough of that cloud lingered through the last couple miles of the race where we got much cooler, breezy temps in the cloud for the finish... a welcome relief to the hot, sunny day and first 4-5 super-humid miles of the race.
