On a not serious note: Is Cooper’s American cheese national? Naturally, cheeseliness is second to Godliness, but Cooper’s has a nice trait that goes great with any beer. It’s no surprise considering a cooper makes barrels, and brewers use barrels to age stouts and cheese makers use something to make cheese…yeast? IDK , but cheese and beer and sliders and I’m one happy fat old guy.
