Fresh Hop Double Crush by Reuben's Brews. Murky as fuck, but not bad tasting.

 

Turns out the issues that whoever it was that totally wasn’t me who screwed up yesterday were a little more widespread than I thought. I’m a little upset at myself that person, and seeing if I can improve things by drinking a few adult beverages.

Today’s beer is from Ocelot, a beer the GF and I liked from our visit last weekend.


Tropical fruit with a lot of the skin involved, pithy bitterness to the level I like and only the sweetness of the perceived tropical fruit flesh. There’s a bit of an medicinal herbal note in the linger, but I don't mind that at all. Glad I grabbed a 4 pack of Outta My Head.

Had a b-day last week and recieved an air fryer as a gift. I have 2 weber grills, a smoker and a gas grill, this is/was overkill. Air fryer pork chops, asparagus and tater tots. I've had worse.

Great beer and mug! Glad I finally had a shot at Rainer this trip.

 

I've found the air fryer great for potatoes/fries, certain veggies, and reheating stuff. Don't like what it does to meat, keep it basically for doing sides quickly.
