    Good day BAs! Looks like a sunny start after another (frosty) night - another day my pepper plants will get to sit in the sun until dusk - a couple more days and they'll all be ripe!
    Mrs. Lizard got our plane tickets to SAT yesterday - she gets too bored on the three-day drive ( my brother and my son have joined me on 25 hour drives to SAT previously, but her driving scares me so I gots to do it all when we travel!) She just got her cataracts laser-blasted and new multifocal lens implanted so maybe her depth perception will improve and she'll stop driving her car into walls, parked cars, etc. We'll be in SAT for part of Wurstfest.

    Final impression and summation: 4 (After deducting 0.25 point for the undated personal container) I must say I am somewhat disappointed – I’ve had the base Ovila whenever I can find a bottle and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. This iteration, for my jaded taste buds, is definitely inferior; although, in its own right, it’s not a bad taste experience at all.

    Morning, BAs! Kicking things off strong with his-and-hers pours of Black Tuesday - Grand Reserve (aged 1 year in newly emptied bourbon barrels, 1 year in other bourbon barrels, and 1 year in apple brandy barrels).

    By far the most dangerous recent developments in beer for my wallet (and liver) are the widespread availability of relatively fresh Sip of Sunshine near me, and the Bruery shipping to Connecticut. Those are pretty good problems to have. :grinning:
