    I just looked up the article, that's really sad news and feel terrible for those folks who lost their job. That was a heck of a storm that passed through there. :disappointed

    Founders vanilla porter,have mixed feelings about this one. In beer vanilla is a great back up dancer to coffee or chocolate but when it steps out to center stage it gets wierd for me[​IMG]

    Happy Election Day! The only thing I care about is local and getting the Los Angeles DA out of office (yes that would be George Gascon aka Kermit the frog). The City of Angels is anything but these days.

    I've brewed with it before and besides cinnamon being a fickle ingredient to control, vanilla is another one. Extract is a tricky one and can ruin a beer really quick.

    Pulled beef tacos for supper complete. Noon Whistle Brewing DAAA GUMMY hazy IPA was a pleasantly, delightful surprise, great stuff!
