    Still an Oktoberfest state of mine, so here is Bavarian Gold from Burgeon Beer in San Diego County.

    Aroma is cereal and biscuits. The mouthfeel is clean and crisp with plenty of carbonation. This is warm and malty, but not sweet, though there is a honey taste that is quite nice. Just a touch of leafy hops and a hint of bitterness in the finish. There is not much to say about this, but overall it is an excellent Lager with enough flavor to be a satisfying quaff.
