    I'm very thankful for Schilling. We have started a new family tradition of Thanksgiving at Fogo de Chao, so I'm gearing up for that.

    We made it to dinner. I got Aeonian Oktovrios. Awesome Oktoberfest. Aromas and flavors of caramel, brown sugar, bread crust, herbal, floral, grass, light pine. Light to medium pine herbal bitter finish. Medium carb and body. Creamy bready malts and lingering resin hop drying. No cloying. Spot on marzen all day. Super clean lagering. 4.1/5

    Starting the afternoon out in my courtyard. Book, beer, and pre main course snack. It is actually too cold for my pupper, so he is just inside sleeping ha. It is right at 60 degrees and perfect out for me though.

    Fair Isle Henderson Saison in the glass. This is excellent, and review over at the NBW thread. Goes perfect with the funky cheese and Tolkien.
