    Picked up some older SoS (only 6 weeks; we're not talking ancient) to test my opinion that too fresh isn't in my wheelhouse.

    One sip in, and it is indeed less leafy and green (although it still smells plenty bright), and there's more of a grapefruit quality on the palate. Purely anecdotal, but this is more to my liking. :slight_smile:
