@micada - just replying to your post last night as I was already zonked out ..

Wormtown? Is that real? It sounds like a movie title. If there is not a movie called Worm Town, I humbly suggest we make a version.

The moniker was created by Leonard B. Saarinen, otherwise known as L.B. Worm. Saarinen was a punk rock DJ and printer who was the first to coin the name. His reasoning was in reference to Worcester’s punk scene in the seventies: dead and still, like worms in the ground.

The name wasn't without controversy. The local politicians hated it and found it derogatory. However, the name stuck and has become a popular nickname for Worcester MA. The originator of the term still has a radio station in Wormtown.

    https://www.wurn.net/

These days, Wormtown has become a pretty thriving place - it is the second largest city in New England.

    Cheers!!!

Yet another dreary, uninspiring Sunday (what you see in @belvedere86 photos above is what we get too). Car has been cleaned and the trash is out for the binmen tomorrow morning so there’s that.

    Leffe Blonde.

Well, this is too sweet to my liking. Yeah, Tiramisu I have had before and I loved it. This doesn't quite capture the real essence.

Full review linked above. New Beer Sunday #1034 treatment linked here, Holiday Beers Tasting thread treatment linked here. WBAYDN treatment, this started with surprising Egg-Nog notes before warming up and becoming the typical Citra-Amarillo hopped IPA despite the six added flavors. It's a nice new selection from a solid Chicago brewery.

Posted this video earlier in the week, my first exposure to this musical artist from the 1960s, who gave up music in part after hearing Joni Mitchell and thinking she could never offer that, and having a revival at the start of this century/millennium.

This a Pilsener style brew from two favored brewers Schilling ( in NH) and Threes in Brooklyn). Both are worth a visit for for beer and a meal. Cheers
