Timberyard Wolftree stout. Good beer. A little cannabis as a side treat.



Some homegrown jazz ..

 

Fieldwork Pulp Gold Label TDH IPA (Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Citra Spectrum, Citra Quantum). Fresher this had a bit of hop burn, but at a touch over a month in the can, this is drinking so well now. All of the mango: ripe, juicy mango flesh, dried mango, and mango sorbet. Also getting Orange Julius, orange sherbet, ripe clementine, passionfruit, some ruby red grapefruit, lime zest, white peach, slight bubblegum, orange peel, and rose water. Soft and pillowy feel. Liquified Citra hops

 

I need to catch up on this thread, back in the mancave for MNF shortly. Real time is a Clase Azul shot to celebrate all our Christmas shopping done. WW Freak of Nature DIPA for the assist....

 

Another hard to drink Tecate Light.

 

My son and I are trying another great beer received via trade from @Ozzylizard This one is Barrel Aged Frogichlaus. Love this beer!

Hearing @vabeerguy talk about his traditional Polish Christmas Eve meal reminded me of the time I brought my Irish girlfriend home for the traditional Sicilian La Vigilia, feast of the 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. She never saw squid, octopus and eel on a dinner table before. As a matter of fact she invented this emoji that night.

Both my wife’s parents were of Polish decent as were her grandparents on both sides so a Polish Christmas Eve dinner (wigilia) was celebrated every year. Now that she has passed it is up to our kids to carry on the family tradition.

 

Sadly, probably the last Hopslam for the year that was reasonably fresh. They had a ton of Celebration all dated 10/15
