Thanks, Tim, and I'm wishing you a great 2025 for running. In the end, quality over quantity, but as someone who never ran real volume or did any real distance training (in my 20s/30s), and with a long "break" from running, prior to COVID, I'm just happy to be doing a lot of EZ volume, good, ugly, or meh. Stay on your feet, be patient, it's the long game that matters.... cheers and Happy New Year, man!

BCBS Vanilla Rye 24

 

This is my local’s flagship IPA and it is excellent when it’s fresh, this was canned less than two weeks ago, so the citrus and resiny pine are on POINT. A fantastic WCIPA, IMHO.
