I never get to post in the mornings because I am not stuck with the night shift anymore. Got the day off before I have to go to Camp Ripley for more military training. (Getting a ride there too)

Tomorrow I am going to raise my right hand and swear in for another 6 years of service.

Enough about me, more about the beer. 2012 Abbys. So smooth, so amazing, alcohol is well hidden. I have never had this fresh, but I do have a 2013 bottle downstairs.

On to #2. Couldn't be helped, I was still enjoying #1 when all of a sudden it was gone. I promise to pump the breaks after this one.

I spent 8 years getting rides to and from Camp Ripley. The most fun I had was firing the 50 cal gun off the M113. Crashing through the woods and swamps on that ride was fun too. I don't miss the skeeters in the summer! Cheers!

I have been stuck driving by myself to and from for awhile now because my new unit is based out of the cities, but i found out there is one guy who lives in Duluth as well. I absolutely love the 50 cal. I was a 50 cal gunner in a Caimen in Iraq. 113s are always a blast to go flying through the mud in on those tank trails
