I'm brewing up a clone of Jenlain Biére de Garde.
It's been ages since I had that last. So, I figured while my grains are mashing, why not enjoy a brew?

Rouge River Cenotaph Citra Style Ale

Rouge River's take on Three Floyds Zombie Dust. About as close to the original as you can get, with orange peel, pineapple, red grapefruit and pine sap balanced by caramel and bread crust notes. Super impressed with this Ontario stab at a legendary beer. Happy Saturday, BAs!

 

Interesting homage to the High Life 'moonsitter'. Love it.

 

Tree House: Curiosity 11. I know the original tasted nothing like this back in 2015, but this is good. Nice little pop of bitterness, not sweet.

Happy birthday, sir! 77 is close to my score through 9 holes . I’ve been really going at it at the range but need to try the course again. Hopefully I’ve improved a bit!

 

I love the glass as it fits perfectly in my hand! The pour was a little lucky, as I always pour very aggressively (the Willitized before may have mellowed me a bit ). Cheers!
