    The wife whipped up brunch, breakfast pizza with maple sausage, maple bacon, eggs, onions, 3 cheeses and tater tots.. Opened my last 2023 CCB Hunaphu and it's tasting great!!

    1) Modist I Bring You Love (4.9%): A Czech-style pilsner from Minnesota with flavors of earth and oaky notes, pale malts, yeast.
    versus
    2) Drekker Deploy Anti-Cowboy Measures (5.5%): A Czech-style Pilsner from North Dakota with flavors of lemon citrus, pale malts, yeast. Smooth. (Correctly matched the two blind)

    Czech Pils Battle. First is Modist. Always killing the lager game with these oak-aged lagers. This is their oak-aged Czech Pils. Earthy, oaky, yeasty flavors. Subtle, unique, and nicely done.
    Next is Drekker. More lemon citrus and tart flavors. Tough call on a winner, but slight win to Drekker here.
    Winner: Drekker Deploy Anti-Cowboy Measures
