What beer are you drinking now? #4499

Last call for me ba. Broccoli bits, ddh iipa- citra, el dorado, strata, Nelson sauvin- other Half/ weldwerks collabo. Pretty straight forward hop juice, with notes of white wine, and minimal fruit tones. Decent drinking but it just has no wow factor to it,

I have a hate/hate relationship with their beers
But love that they bring these, and many more events to 6 minutes from my house

These are not your usual Thai chilies. I grew them several years ago and have never been able to find them again. They are incredibly prolific yielding hundreds of peppers per plant, and they work with any kind of cuisine you want. They have a pungent and delicious flavor with an immediate heat, and they are much hotter than the usual long Thais you find. I'm excited to finally find them again - they are actually considered "ornamental" peppers. They are easy to dry because they have a thin skin and once dried you can just crumple them into a dish. Holy cats, chiltepins. Such a prolific plant and little asskickers. So great in tuna salad. My buddy supplies me fresh ones every year. No one around here knows about them, but I guess you can find them growing in the wild out west. Well, west like you are.

 

Rewatching Breaking Bad. Great to watch again, pick up on things you missed 1st time thru , Walter more intense than I remembered. A great show ,enjoying a Weldwerks hazy,

Ha! I actually bought one of these when they came out but it's collecting dust in the fridge. Can't bring myself to drink it.

I’m not really going to explain to my wife about the back porch fest that: I took 2 days off from work, vip tixs, hopefully stops at Fidens, TH, and 3 nights in a VRBO. She staying home because my kid is on spring break, well, I promised my cousin we would go (and it’s going to be a great weekend)

 

Great news here: Penny caught a mouse at 6am today, flipping it around like a Killer Whale would a seal.
