Hello all,
Enjoying an easy-going dry stout from Brewdog. “Black Heart”. Pretty solid actually. Much the same in texture and taste as a Guinness/Beamish/Murphy’s

 

Ran a few errands, now settling down with a book.
Picked this up today, so my afternoon looks good.

 

Making some French Onion soup or dinner so that calls for caramelizing a bunch of onion - I need a Pilsner Urquell to keep me amused while doing so ..

This is supposed to be nitro infused - "take a second to marvel at the cascade of creamy goodness developing before your eyes" .. yeah, never happened. I suspect that the nitro widget never fired. Supposed to be a porter brewed with Tahitian vanilla and Cocoa Nibs but I'm definitely getting a coconut note. I'll have to have more before I make up my mind on this one.
