58 degrees and light wind. Nice enough to sit on the porch and enjoy a beer. Another from The Alchemist: Skadoosh 115-a New Zealand hop blend. Man this is nice. Cheers!

I appreciate the input and will consider in the future, but my PC should hold up well to not make a decision now. Just thinking about it since I need to execute a proper backup (One Drive vs. iCloud - I have both now, but most files still on my external and internal drives and not on the cloud at this point).

I have kept Windows based PCs to this point primarily because of cost (Dell builds and hardware a better value) and Excel compatibility. I'd like to end paying Bill Gates for MS Office and move all files to a single cloud platform.

I can use Apple Numbers at this point for what I use Excel for at this stage; just need to convert my files if I get a MAC. My iPhone and iPad have worked great over a decade. I can't imagine trying to use an Android phone (moved from flip phone to iPhone in 2015, only have had an iPhone 5 and 7 and they both held up well for 11 years).

My Brave Browser is the only thing that sometimes crashes on the iPAD (prefer blocking all ads, Safari doesn't do this even with an ad blocker). Not sure how anyone can use MS Edge, or use a browser the past 25 + years without proper ad blockers.

If I'm missing something further besides the boot issues, please let me know.

Cheers - And thanks for keeping everyone running well, both at work and beyond!

I mentioned before how much of a difference it is on tap. Almost like another beer entirely.
    So freaking delicious!

Hey BAs. Settling in with the tail end of the Players with a Dirty Bastard. There’s just something about this beer that I love. It’s a perfect dance of malt and hops and nice and strong. What’s not to like?

    1) Toppling Goliath Sosus (8.2% canned 1/22/25): A NEIPA from Iowa with Mosaic for flavors of tropical orange, blueberry, grape, tropical melon with a sweet nectar and berry flower flavor.
    versus
    2) Hop Butcher Mellotron (7.5% canned 12/29/24): A NEIPA from Chicago with Citra, Azaaca, & Moteuka for flavors of lemon, papaya, and bright citrus.

First is Sosus. Smooth, tropical mosaic with a light bite. Next is Mellotron. Some tropical melon and lime notes. Smooth. A bit better for a NEIPA.
    Winner: Hop Butcher Mellotron

Pours jet black with 3 inches of mocha-tan head from not-all-that-aggressive of a pour; head is bubbly and persists. Smells of peanut, butterscotch, caramel, and chocolate; I do not personally pick up coffee over the other dominate flavors. Taste is on the sweeter side with roasted peanut, bourbon, oak, and dark chocolate up front with vanilla and coffee taking a backseat. Mouthfeel is creamy, somewhat slick on the tongue, moderately carbonated. Finish is chocolate-covered peanuts with slight hop bitterness that turns sweet. This would be a great after dinner beer. I didn't expect to start my Friday dessert first, but hey, we're all adults.

Back home with a Jai Alai and a new book. It's supposed to hit 88 degrees tomorrow, kinda early for that.
