Bourbon Abominable from Fremont Brewing Co.
It's been way too long since C&C has graced this thread...Cheers!
Two hearted with oysters and slaw.
Popping in 15!
Not my favorite, but glad I tried it.
Just got back from a beautiful day in the mountains with the family. Happy Saturday BA! Go Seahawks!
Very nice; happy birthday!
Happy birthday, Rich!
Wow Alex, now that's a reason to celebrate! Congratulations!!! I raise my glass in toast to you.
Earlier tonight before some BCBS. Such a great beer.
Sasquatch sighting tonight. In case you can't see, the baby Bigfoot, bottled just days ago, is on the left with its pacifier. His older brother is on the right. And both are drinking nice!
Pipeworks Brewing Co. / The Aviary: The One Horned Wonder & His Fanciful Flying Fresno- Two powerhouses in the Chicago area (The Aviary won the national 2013 James Beard award for Outstanding Bar program) collaborated on a real trippy beer. Built on the back of a double IPA with Citra and Simcoe hops they added passionfruit puree and rotary evaporated fresno chiles. The aromas are all pepper and tropical fruits. No heat from the chilies makes it to the palate, so you get the spicy, green note with lots of fruit and dank hoppy notes. A total mindfuck.
Finally got my hands on a bottle of this. It's sitting in my beer fridge now...and is highly likely to be enjoyed with some football tomorrow.
Forgot I had this…
Not only a great quote, but what you did with that Rigor Mortis bottle is fantastic. Consider me inspired!
Drinking some KBS
Continuing my James Bond marathon by watching The Man with the Golden Gun
First one of 2014 from a bottle. Have had it on draft 4 or 5 times. But always good
