    ...one of my favorite modern classical guitar players / composers is Cuban Leo Brouwer...Leo doesn't play any more (due to some sort of hand injury decades ago) and is in his upper 80s (I believe), but his numerous guitar compositions (solo guitar through concertos and other orchestral devices) are fantastic...I must have 20-30 recordings of his music - mostly performed by other artists...good beer drinking music :grin:...

    In the process of moving. Tons of fun, man, I just can't get enough.

    Saint Arnold Tarnation. Interesting beer. It wants to be complex, but it just falls short mainly due to alcohol bite. I think I might hold one for a year or so and see how it ages. If you're in to strong ales and see this one, it's worth a shot.

    Bitterness: 53 IBU
    Alcohol Content (ABV): 9.0%
    Malted Barley: 2-row, Maris Otter, Biscuit, Double Roasted Crystal
    Hops: Pahto, Cascade, Amarillo, Citra
    Yeast: Kölsch

    First time having this. Nothing earth shattering, but incredibly crisp, with a nice bitterness and super refreshing.

    Adroit Theory All That I Have Learned (Ghost 1587) RIS, 16.66% ABV. Pours thick and black, with a persistent ring of brown bubbles that left no lacing. Aroma is light chocolate and caramel. Taste is coffee, chocolate, and caramel, moderately sweet, equally bitter. Mouthfeel is a bit dry. Overall outstanding.

    My son and I are trying a Mortalis Lightning. Easy drinker, especially for 8%. Like most beers to me, could use more bitterness.

    Mosaic, citra and Amarillo. Light haze, but drinks crisp, dry and moderately bitter. Not bad at all. Helping the wife prep birthday cupcakes for the little dude as we prepare for another few days at Disney World starting tomorrow. People always tell you how quickly the time goes by and I never appreciated it until having a child. I’ve blinked and 5 wonderful years have passed. Hope all are having a nice evening.
