Going a little Dead while I watch the Masters live, where it is nice and sunny versus the steady rain we've gotten here.

 

Love the St. Bernardus posts from @Shanex @Dethark @TwentyDimes and contemplating i should go out and buy ABT12 before it becomes north of $30 for a four-pack!
Enjoying what i believe to be a 2022 or 2023 Cassian Sunset from Central Waters acquired in the BS BIF late 2023. Unfortunately, this is too cinnamon forward as i suspect the coffee has faded. Barrel is still nice, warming and balancing. Happy to have had the opportunity to try!
Listening to the 70's station on Sirius.

It is. Super fun and friendly. Great beers. They let me try some other beers too including some unreleased (and unnamed) IPAs. Also chilling in this glass dome is pretty cool.

 

Not to rub it in but 4 bottles costs me just less than £12!

Still, a single bottle of Pliny, if I was stupid enough to buy it over here would cost me £25

 

Westvleteren Yellow Cap is my all-time favorite Quad but like your price for Pliny i suspect i would pay a comparable amount. ABT12 has been a go to for a long time and i had come across something indicating St. Bernardus had acquired the Yellow Cap recipe but that maybe urban legend but a worthy alternative that used to be reasonably priced at $20 pre-Covid. Always a homefield price advantage where beer buying is concerned!

Greetings BAs! Trying to wrap up my day early at work. Drinking. Halfway Crooks Mtrc Helles. Halfway Crooks is usually on point but this batch of Helles has slipped a bit. Does not seem to taste quite as good as some I've had before. Still good but I like a few other locals a little better. Anywho, Prost!!!!

Hot day in London! This is the last day of the trip, and we came back to London today to check out Borough Market and the Globe Theatre. I had 2 crap beers at the Swan, next to the theatre, because the nearby Fuller's pub was so packed we couldn't get near the bar. Anyway, finishing up with this excellent Bitter from Harvey's. I had to let the barman know that he had it in the fridge behind him....

 

Isn't it though!
