At Soundgrowler Brewing for some delicious Mexican food and lager. Soundgrowler/Bubblehouse Infinite John Wayne Rye Lager. A crisp, clean, and malty lager with a pleasant rye spice note that isn’t overpowering. Touch of earthy and slightly floral hops round it all out. Nicely done.

It's really not my cup of tea, actually extremely awful for my palate, but beer is beer.

Brothership Earth Go Hard DIPA (Citra/Sabro). Loads of cara cara orange, tangerine smoothie, orange and grapefruit peel, some lime zest, cedar, ripe pineapple, ripe ruby red grapefruit, vanilla wafer. Finishes with a drier citrus peel bitterness. Soft, lush, and smooth. I’m not a huge fan of Sabro but this one always utilizes it well. Outstanding.

Enjoying the 2024 Fremont Cuvee. Leans more towards the imperial stout with a touch of char that blends well with the coconut and vanilla. Not getting a whole lot of barleywine notes. Tasty brew all in all. Listening to some classic Judas Priest on Sirius.
