    1) Off Color Tooth and Claw (5.0%): A Czech Pilsner from Chicago with flavors of pale malts, smooth bread malts and a vinous yeast. Mildly bitter.
    versus
    2) Drekker Deploy Anti-Cowboy Measures (5.5%): A Czech-style Pilsner from North Dakota with flavors of lemon citrus, pale malts, yeast. Smooth.

    Off Color vs. Drekker Czech Pils Battle. First is Off Color. Pale malts, lemon, some yeast. Bright, dry-hopped and crisp. Very nice with a hoppy lean from the dry-hopping
    Next is Drekker. Some more smooth lemon and grains here. Nice, but not as refined.
    Winner: Off Color Tooth and Claw
