My eye doc is an optometrist. He referred me to the ophthalmologist because he said my cataracts were at the point he could not help me anymore with lense adjustments.

 

Took the @DoctorZombies near 24 hour cleanse after enjoying comradery and generosity of @eppCOS and @GuyFawkes last night. Enjoying your trip reports tonight Eric!

Didn't get a chance to share shots of the excellent Detroit Style Pizza Eric shared (great call with the Nduja!) and final two pours of Pipeworks Ninja vs. Unicorn and my avant garde photo of Allagash White.

After a night of classic pours, continuing down that path with this selection.

That is a great beer!

 

Love the label change on that Allagash to boldly contradict the "white" with blue bleeding into purple with red accents.

I figured I'd join my fellow Caps BAs @VABA and @Griffin2 in a California beer (because, obviously). And right after I did, we scored!

Looks like my glass could use a wash rather than just a rinse. Kirkland Lager is a very good helles (on the spicy hoppy side of the style but still plenty of malt character) at an excellent price point.
