Drinking an Elevated on the patio. Have a small pork tenderloin to cook , will bake it not sure which spices yet . Looking at recipes online .

I'm on my own tonight so Time to Tilt. Autodidact + The Druery = Proper Dose. The Nelson is a little more noticeable than when released last Friday but still a delicious and inspired DIPA collaboration. Thursday cheers!

Starting with a Riverlands/Lallemand/G-Five Below the Deck (Citra, Simcoe, Nelson, Idaho 7). They use a product called ISY Enhance to bump up the body of the beer so they can pack in more hops. The result is pretty darn good. For 3.8%, this is pretty impressive both with the body and hop character of the beer despite the slight wateriness it has. Getting white grape, navel orange flesh and peel, yellow grapefruit, earthiness, floral, and slight pine. A hazy crusher.
