    As we get towards the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, I hope this week some folks will post photos of the sunsets and late twilights in your part of the world.

    Here is Not Getting any Younger, a Triple IPA from Vice Beer in Washington State.

    Pours a crystal- clear amber with plenty of foam in the goblet. Tangy and just nicely sweet. Big hoppy blast but not overly bitter. Really nice aroma of melon, peach, and some lemon peel. Flavors across the spectrum with more of the apricot than the citrus. Woody finish but pleasant. I'm not sure it needs to be over ten percent but the alcohol seems to go with the hops and more hops program. Overall this is a one to look for if you like the rocket fuel.

    Good day all, thanks @mactrail for getting the thread started. Clear sky and mild already this morning. Headed to the longest days of the year as you rightly point out in a few days from now. Enjoyable time of the year.

    3 Monts attempt at a Triple, instead of their base Bière de Garde one. 9,5.% abv. Good. Doesn’t topple the “masters” from the neighboring region and country that’s Belgium, but I still dig it:

    Summer Solstice is my favorite day of the year @mactrail . Will be flying out to Vegas this Saturday to celebrate, and the forecast is actually cooler there then in Chicago for Sunday and perhaps a few days more.

    @MutuelsMark - Taco Flavor is the only one I like (don't like their standard or other's). I can't do Ranch @CarolinaCardinals, though if you handed over the bag I'd through caution to the wind and perhaps try one, because it's not really ranch dressing.

    After a near seven hour poker stream (Day Two of the $250K event - one of the best of the series), I'm ready to try my final bottle of this before moving on to greener pastures with my next beer.

    The Taker XPA from Sierra Nevada. Four-pack of 16 fl oz cans. Reviewed 17/06/25 (Review 3542).
    Final impression and summation: 4.25 Uncredited label artist. Both flavor and nose are pleasing and pleasantly refreshing and dry – goes down fast and easy. None of the advertised tropical fruits found. Think I’ll have another!

    Hey BAs! M W F drums this wk and today is a day off. I hope my band's outdoor show doesn't get rained out on Fri. @mactrail I will attempt a sunset pic or two at the amphitheater. Crazy rain yesterday and watched my grading and land/hardscaping work perfectly amid 1.5" of rain in 20 min. I'm already ready for a brewskie and I'll start with a can of LITE then move onto something else. Cheers!!
