    Good evening, BA! I'm back home and back to work. Long day, but now enjoying a new stout (to me). It's Always Stout Season from Heist Brewery in Charlotte. Got this one from Tavour. It's a stout aged in bourbon barrels with coconut and vanilla. 14.3% ABV. Excellent stuff. Notes over in the stout thread. Cheers!

    Nice work on the 20 miler! I squeezed in 10 miles. These hot summer days are a pain in the ass.

    Thanks - yeah, today was a tough one for me, my Coach suggested 16-18 miler with 2500-3000 ft of gain and I over-estimated how much gain I might gain on the route I took, but under-estimated how the humidity would slap my old ass around. Still fun. I'm really hoping she does well at Western States on Saturday (Hannah Allgood). Cheers, Tim!

    Man I know I'm old as dirt but I workout almost everyday. How you guys run that mileage when it's almost 100° degrees is amazing. I can't do that.

    Start my new Job tomorrow and Saturday I have a wedding.

    I also have an outside cat Iris. This big
    Ginger guy I've been trying to rescue. He was apparently hit by a car and sustained a broken leg or foot or maybe hip damage. Also got his tail chopped off. Has a hard time walking but I've been feeding him and he's getting closer. I named him Charlie. I feel bad for the guy. [​IMG]

    ...same thing on my Android...problem should be gone...post #70 had a second image posted that somehow seemed to screw up the avatar pix...deleting the BBCode for the second image cleared things up...of course, my laptop didn't show any problems...

    ...best of all, I didn't even need to clear my cache :sunglasses:...
