    This is awesome. Sweet, tart, spicy. Flavors of honey, tart cherries, just right amount of heat with a hint of smoke. This is my favorite from B. Nektar so far.

    How crazy is it that their two best beers are both brown ales?

    Indian and Palo Santo are the best browns out there IMO.

    Yippeeeeee! I finally Got some Hop Ranch.

    While I wait for that to chill I am trying out one of the saranac prism white ales. It's not horrible. Wait . . . what did I just say? It has a nose that's like a ripe peach. Very tempting. It is watery in the drink though and has some tart grapefruit that steals the show away from that peach . The malt was subtle, soft and light biscuit. Wait . . . what did I just say? So if the tart grapefruit hadn't undermined the sweet peach this would have been delightful.

    1st of two days off due to cold.
    Never been huge fan of Dark Horse, maybe I'm missing something?
    Give regional and highly rated breweries more than a few chances before I ignore them.
    Enjoy this style, but maybe got a flat/old bottle.
