Recently back from a trip to the White Labs Brew Pub where i enjoyed a West Coast style IPA with their WLP001 yeast. Oh yeah, it was mostly gluten free. I found the flavor lacking a bit but still a pretty good beer. One cool thing about the fermentation brewpub is their Kimchi fries with brisket, pretty smackable.
Now sipping on a couple of SNBC Pale Ales on a cooler cloudy day here in Western NC.
