    Perfection. On my first visit to Belgium well-over two decades ago, Westmalle Tripel was the first beer I had upon arriving in Brugge. Paired with a cheese bowl too. Might have to visit the Alko near me to grab a bottle for the weekend!

    @Todd Belgian Tripels and beers makes super cheese pairing! Bit irrelevant but my own grandpa used to dip cheese in his coffee. Thought it was very uncommon.

    Enjoying the drawing and story of cheese and beer pairings. Need to pick up more sharp cheddar cheese later today.

    The second of four of these planned. My BA Beer Box on track to hit my porch Saturday afternoon, meaning I can defer single shopping for NBW/NBS until November.

    Dipping cheese in coffee is a common practice in parts of Scandinavia. Never tried it myself but I can kind of see how it would work out with certain types of cheese.
