    I'm a big fan of Ayinger and Rothaus Pils. My local store teased me for a few months carrying Rothaus but then stopped. And I'm still quite bitter about it. :joy:

    Overall, this beer is quite good for the style. It brings more balance to the palate than a lot of other New England India pale ales and is not quite so harsh and brash to experience. This quality, to me, adds a greater depth and complexity to the beer.

    ...good to be back home after our overnight in Parker, CO to see my niece play in a small club on her small club national tour...we didn't stay for the headlining act - Jaden Schumacher - but Em does perform with them on occasion as a backup / co-singer...a pic of Mrs. BeerGoot and me with Em after her hour+ long solo set...very good dynamic guitar playing with exceptional vocal range...her cover of Prince's 'Purple Rain' was incredible, especially the high vocal notes at the close of the song...

    Too much.
    Rochefort 6 starts at around 7 dollars and Rocherforst 10 is about 9-11.

    Not the worstcprice, but i have only bought it once out here.
    I still think New Belgiums Trippel is the best option . 10 bucks for a 6er without an import premium for a comparable beer.

    5 bucks to drink this on site. They still make some great beer. The green cheek ipa collab had a bunch of hype, but i think they deserve more love than they did cuz of some hype brewery ipa release.
    This red ale is 10x better than that ipa. Scarcity/hype and all that i guess

    Not a standout, but pretty solid. Picked these up at Wegz yesterday and just a matter of time before they hit your local Wegz I'm sure.
