This and two more clears my 2024-2025 Deep Woods allotment before the clock strikes one year.

Speaker Cranker from Hoppin’ Frog. Six-pack of 12 fl oz cans picked up at the brewery, 16/10/25 - $14.93 (Including tax and tip)/$ 0.207/fl oz. Reviewed 27/10/25, review 3618.
Final impression and summation: 3.5 Uncredited art work. Meh. Fruit Fly ignored.

Post script: Several minutes after finishing reviewing and drinking, a brief transitory gastric warming flared up.

To start off the work week, it's cool but sunny, and gloriously beautiful, out here in McGregor. My lady Pamela's cats are behaving better, to each other, and were both curious enough to help me, as I check out my three new beers of the day. First for today, also with Gracie, it's my seventh of London, Ontario's Anderson Craft Ales' handiworks--their 6.2% Juicy IPA. It's shown, poured, bookending articles on the cult classics Escape from New York (John Carpenter, 1981) and First Blood (Ted Kotcheff, 1982), for no discernible reason, other than they're two of my favourite American films for the period...



Second, it's my fourth beer from Creemore Springs, of Creemore, Ontario--their 4.7% Lot 9 Crisp Pilsner...

Finally, it's my fourth exemplar from Elora, Ontario's Elora Brewing Company--their 4.8% Kerplunk Mango Wheat Ale. It was released to celebrate their eight-year anniversary...

All three beers are also shown bookending articles on the cult classics The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension (W.D. Richter, 1984) and Death Race 2000 (Paul Bartel, 1975), for purely abstract and surrealistic reasons, to be sure. I have always wanted to see both films, and just before COVID, purchased the former, in a steelbook, which I gave to my son, Julian, because he liked it so much...



Tomorrow: Three more new beers for me to consider, from the following breweries (this may be augmented by celebration of my lady Pamela's birthday at The Lumberjack lol):
--Bellwoods Brewery (Toronto, Ontario; my fourteenth of their handiworks);
--Fairweather Brewing Company (Hamilton, Ontario; my fourteenth); and
--Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery (Barrie, Ontario; my nineteenth)...
