Ok, down-shifting slightly as I make some poultry broth from the bones of rotisserie chicken and turkey breast. I've compared this favorably to regular Sip numerous times, but apparently never rated it. Time for a Little adjustment to that.

Wowza, this is a delicious complex beer! Glad I snagged 4 bottles at Trader Joe's this week - I always enjoyed the Canadian brewed versions (Unibroue), but this is top tier Belgian stuff....get ya some while you can!!

Well, Georgia may not beat Texas today but we're going to win the tailgate. Smoking some Memphis style dry rub ribs and pregaming with the new Pils from Sierra Nevada. Great choice too because it is crisp and refreshing. Reminds me of something. I'll check out the hops to see. Cheers and Go Dawgs!!!

 

Glad to hear it!! If there's enough interest, I'm thinking of doing one before Christmas on Friday December 19th at 7 pm EST. The last one worked out well on a Friday evening. During the weekends too many folks have other things to do. We missed ya at the last one.
