@BeerVikingSailor Raising this glass of Stone IPA to Bean and a successful surgery.

 

Sierra Nevada Celebration (6.8% canned 10/3/2025): An IPA from California with Cascade, Centennial, Chinook for flavors of soapy orange, pine resin, and a smooth caramel malt body.

Lots of snow this weekend and this is drinking nicely. No KC game today for me. Tired myself and my back out shoveling the driveway. Now enjoying this while watching some NFL Redzone.

 

2025 New Trail Goggles is quite a vintage @jzeilinger @JayORear @Chickenhawk9932 . Different than 5-6 years ago, but it's got some dank fleshy rind in spades. A worthy example of what New Trail is doing these days and another step towards reclaiming excellence

Interestingly enough, this is labeled as "Indian Pale Ale".

 

A little overzealous on that Second Fiddle pour. Firing up the grill in a minute to cook some meat and potatoes. Cheers!

AleSmith Speedway Toasted Coconut Vietnamese Coffee Stout. This one confused me at first. I saw Vietnamese coffee forgetting exactly what that was. I was expecting in your face coffee, but now I get it. It's a sweet, milky kind of coffee. Still...don't sense the coconut. But still a very good stout I'm not complaining at all. Just all the reviews mention tons of coffee and I really don't get that.
