Playing some Metallica. Trying to get back up to speed after not shredding much lately.

 

Loving this one. Only had this once before, many, many moons ago. What’s the consensus on this year’s batch?

 

Asked the mrs to pick me up something easy for a Sunday night.

She grabbed me a Focal Banger. Great choice but high abv for a Sunday night

Jack Vled - Irish Red

 

I loved it. Pine dominant with some caramel, spice and tangerine.

 

i think this fucker probably just became a staple in my rotation.

Reminds me a lot of them outstanding porters i had in London.

Emphasis on probably. Don't know if I'll buy 6 packs of it, but its a great appetizer beer

 

Thanks Dave - it does indeed suck! They spent over $4200 at the OSU vet center in August for the earlier cancer situation - and now this....poor kid and pup can't get a break! Hopeful for a positive Bean outcome - he is a sweet pup!

Hosted a belated thanksgiving last night. People drank less celebrations than I expected. Lucky me.

Their fall mixed 12 pack really raised my eyebrows. Granted they were all collabs, but we know how that goes. All 4 beers were above average. Ugly Sweater, the seasonal TIPA was excellent. I skipped over a few bc they keep em coming. But everything I try is better than the last few years
