    I've tried a couple Ninkasi beers recently and figured I'd test their Imperial High Gravity Stout. It's pretty tasty although its still rather cold, better let this one warm a bit. Seems very drinkable.

    Weihenstephan Vitus, followed by Weihenstephan Hefeweizen, now drinking Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel.......might hit up Monchshof Schwarzbier if I have time.

    Not everything has to be Heady Topper and Cantillon to be great. Simple and German will do just fine on this Friday evening.

    Very good. A little sour. I tried consecration before I drank this, but it was too sour for me. I finished it but I didn't enjoy it, no review due to the fact I didn't like the style. Never tried a wild ale before.

    Second and last bottle of this one. Bottle bomb exploded all over the table and proceeded to foam for a while after pouring off the first glass. Definitely has gained a great funk and even more tartness. Awesome. 1000th review tasting, this is #998.
