Duck Sauce from Hitchhiker Brewing. 16 fl oz can from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. Picked up 10/01/26, in reefer at distributor. $ 4.50 (including tax) ($ 0.281/fl oz). Reviewed 14/01/26, review 3671.
Final impression and summation: 3.75 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated personal container. Uncredited label art. Pleasing light-weight drink, easy to imagine kicking back on a warm summer’s day and quaffing a couple of these.

Great beer,good tune and nice rock. I was literally sitting right next to a similar one that I have when I saw yours.a rock is all I got,no beer as I'm off to work.

Today, it's grey but very mild, almost like a spring day, right dab smack in the middle of January, out here in McGregor--and both cats Gracie and Sundae were very curious what beers I would be investigating for the first time: First, with Sundae, it's my second brew from Svinninge, Denmark's To Øl--their 6.2% Whirl Domination IPA...

Finally, also with Gracie, my fifteenth beer from Kingston, Ontario's Fine Balance Brewing--a collaboration with Toronto's Volo Brewpub; their 5.3% Aspro Wild Pale Ale...

Tomorrow: Three more new beers to contemplate, from the following breweries:
--Bellwoods Brewery (Toronto, Ontario; my twenty-ninth of their offerings);
--Beyond the Pale Brewing Company (Ottawa, Ontario; my eighth); and
--Silversmith Brewing Company (Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario; my sixth)...

Don't know if this is a seasonal offering, just saw it on the shelf and bought it. Glad I did.

 

My curiosity got the better of me but it does look like the make the beer during Oktoberfest.

 

Good afternoon BAs! At our favorite waterside dive bar drinking a “Juice Lord”:



This beer replaced Cycle’s Crank on tap (Cycle sold its main brewery and no longer makes Crank), which is good for me because I like Juice Lord better!

Good afternoon, all! Had an appointment in Charles City, IA, this morning and decided to stop for lunch at the Pub on the Cedar before heading home. Started off with a Surly Furious IPA while waiting on a breaded pork tenderloin. This beer is on a par with Stone IPA - and that, my friends, is not a bad thing at all. Cheers!
