Happy birthday to young mom! To be young again.

There are five birthdays this month in my family. Me, my daughter, my son-law, my granddaughter, and my other son-in-laws mom. Out of those five there is just 24 hours involved in them all!

 

Westbound & Down Meta Vanilla from 05/01/24 is still top tier enjoyment. New Vault releases next weekend so it’s out with old. Cheers!

 

Doing my part to add small TN breweries with 2 beers from Cedar City in Lebanon today: a fabulous old school session IPA and a decent schwarzbier. Photo is of course the schwarzbier, but the food was also quite good. In my search for a new hangout spot, I would say Cedar City ranks about equal to Stoke Haus. The food isn't as good as the latter but it's much cheaper and I like the old school vibe and location of Cedar City much more. I appreciate the lack of gimmicks and transparency in the beer here, as they have cider and adjunct beers but also a good number of malty options done well like an English Mild on nitro.

Good morning BAdvocates. Drinking my first ever Russian River Mind Circus Hazy. Quite tasty, but it’s not mind blowing. Has a nice light bitter finish that most hazies lack.
