Thankfully, reported WBAYDN drama yesterday, whatever it was, did not involve me. woo hoo! I’ve gotten myself in enough pickles now and again. OK, back to work for me. I’m f’ing innocent!

It snowed significantly last night, out here in McGregor, and it's still brutally cold, but I'm still braving the elements to do my thing today, out in nearby Windsor--and both cats Gracie and Sundae are curious as to the new beers for the day: First, with Sundae, it's my fourteenth brew from Frank Brewing Co. of nearby Windsor--their 7% Rocket Fuel Cold IPA...

Lunch beer . . .

Urban South Paradise Park Lager

Light golden color with lasting white cap.

A rather gentle aroma mildly suggestive of ripe peach.

Taste of sweet grain on entry, rather light, closely followed by floral hops. The combined effect of the two give off an airy, almost Springtime feel to this uncomplicated beer.

Overall it's an easy drinking beer for all occasions that call for something in this category.

Happy Monday afternoon! Shoutout to @ChicagoJ for kicking it off! I had every intention of going to work this morning until I opened the garage door and saw that our snow removal contractor had plowed the snow up against the garage doors! After trying in vain to dig out I threw in the towel and called out. They did eventually come back later this morning with a skid-loader and cleared all of the garage doors. Making the most of my unplanned day off by depleting my TRÖEGS “ Nugget Nectar “ supply!

 

Another round of shoveling complete, time to buckle in for Everton v Leeds. Trying Primator Premium Lager, a Czech import I've not heard of before grabbing this single. Man, this is a SOLID beer with a bold hop bite. Urquel lovers, don't pass on this

 

God is clearly favoring Pennsylvania Beer Advocates this morning, amirite @beerdedking ?
