Today, it's very cold, a tad windy, and it's supposed to snow, but the day can still be awesome, and both cats Gracie and Sundae were very happy to help me investigate the day's new brews: First, with Gracie, my twentieth beer from Etobicoke, Ontario's Great Lakes Brewery--their 3.6% Tank Ten: Fighting Weight Session IPA...

Well, I spent yesterday evening finding my driveway under the snow - 40 ft long by 25 ft wide, 30 degree slope, 10.5 inches of snow at the top and 20 inches at the bottom. My Toro snowblower made fairly short work of it - Mrs. Lizard watched form the garage, cell phone in hand, waiting for me to die. No such luck!

Today's New Breakfast Beer:



I think this is the same beer as their Russian Imperial Stout, but politically correct - since their RIS used Ukrainian hops and Russia has invaded Polish air space, makes sense to eliminate anything related to Russia from their sales.

Komes Imperial Stout from Browar Fortuna. 16.9 fl oz bottle from Half Time. Ordered 12/01/26, received 20/01/26. $ 4.83 (After discount, shipping, and tax)/$ 0.286/fl oz. Reviewed 28/01/26, review 3684.
Final impression and summation: 3.5 Uncredited label art. Basically, a watery roasted malt drink with well-hidden alcohol. Good price point for an alcohol delivery system.

Tomorrow: Three more new beer explorations to embark upon, from the following breweries:
--Muskoka Brewery (Bracebridge, Ontario; my thirteenth of their wares);
--Rorschach Brewing Co. (Toronto, Ontario; my thirteenth); and
--Walkerville Brewery (nearby Windsor, Ontario; my seventeenth)...
