    In Memoriam

    Sipping on a Victory Otto which has been in the bottle for almost 2 1/2 years. The smoked malt still shows nicely and the rest of the flavors have smoothed out and gotten a bit better integrated. So the beer has definitely improved and gotten a bit more complex with maturity.

    I echo all the other sentiments. I had to put down my cat a few years back. She made it to 21! But 19 years is a wonderful ling life for a cat.
