A good stout tends to do that...the good lacing I mean. Not the hallucinations. :joy:

It’s such a catchy depressing song.

Damn! It’s hard to be cooler than that as a kid. I was singing it as an art school guy in Detroit.

That's probably my favorite song REM made. Great tune!

Just got back home from pulling my latest boat project home - a nice 1954 wood Thistle racing sailboat....the price was right.....free!
It has been partially stripped, but will still need a fair amount of work to get her sailing - it will be a beaut, though! 72 years old!

    Cheers!

I'm sure that will be a beautiful work of art once you finish restoring it. What a fantastic deal, glad you were able to finalize it! Cheers Jerry!

It’s been so damn foggy down here I’m not sure we would be able to see it. We left the restaurant and the fog was rolling back in. Driving down Seawall we could barely see the surf.

Unfortunately we are leaving in the morning. Easy trip home tho with an overnight in San Antonio tomorrow night.

Dr. and PT people say I'm pretty advanced compared to other patients, but maybe they're just cheering me on. I feel better than I thought I would. Drove for the 1st time today and started doing stairs one with both legs. Really want to get off the meds and have beers though.

Alright, not messing around now...switching things up a bit with some Miles. Two of his great Gill Evans albums, Miles Ahead, and IMO the best version of Porgy & Bess (and I have a large collection of everybody I can find doing this "American Opera")...two of my favorites that I tend to have Sketches of Spain over shadow sometimes...but I'm letting this shine by themselves. Also, both original Six Eyed Mono's, and the original cover for Miles Ahead...that Miles made Columbia change as he hated it ha. So this is "kind of rare"

Having a Wormtown Be Hoppy - after being straight out most of the day, the last thing I want to do is cook so making a Rao's frozen pepperoni pizza for dinner.

I was tempted to buy some Swish today, but I refuse to pay the $25 price for a 4 pack. What's the going rate where you live?

Have a great, safe Friday night BA's! We've gotten about an inch of rain so far, hopefully another 2-3" by morning. I'm thoroughly enjoying an Anchorage Brewing Double Pie Assassin thanks to an IP trade with @DoctorZombies!
