Weihenstephaner Festbier (5.8%): A German Festbier with flavors of pale malt, smooth honey, cereal, pale Munich malts. Smooth.

I can feel Spring already and for me it's another festbier season and more of these.

 

Picked up another 6er of Bigfoot today. That means I can finish the first 6er. Usually keep one bottle in the back of the beer fridge for future imbibing. Cheers!

Getting ready for some brutal weather in our snowiest month here in N. Colo. Yup 88 and 90 degrees forecast over the next 2 days. So far in my neck of the woods we have seen 6 inches of snow all season.

Yes my friends, another IPA brewed in the great state of Virginia. Three different breweries made their presence known.

 

The world of beers has surprised me yet again.. just wow!
Funk and salinity on the nose,palate follows with a sweet woodiness and raspberry..

 

Looks like if you turned the glass upside down nothing would pour out

 

Clams are soaking as is my gray matter.

 

Thats a really good beer from what I remember.
I've never gotten to see those trees in person but wow,impressive

 

Just clocked out and have the next 10 days off Time for a brew!
